The parents of a three-year-old girl in Delhi have put out a video alleging that their daughter was raped at her school last week. The school, however, says that no such incident has taken place on the campus. Though a complaint has been filed, no arrests have been made.

Another campus rape victim in the United States has spoken out to denounce what she said is lenient punishment for her attacker, bringing the issue to the forefront again after a Stanford University case that ignited a firestorm.

Rolling Stone magazine published a story in November 2014 describing in chilling detail a student's account of being brutally raped by seven men at the University of Virginia. Several days later the magazine's editors received an email from the reporter with the subject line "our worst nightmare."

Amanda Gould, who is in her second year of studies, created a group -- "No more silence" -- and gathered 1,700 signatures to urge the university to expel the authors of the emails.
