DDA today launched four mobile applications, including one for receiving feedback from allottees for its housing schemes, in a bid to bring in greater transparency and ease in consumer grievance redressal.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is working on providing mobile phone-based services including an online public grievance cell, a senior official from the agency said on Tuesday.
