Michelin has become the first tyre brand in the passenger vehicle segment in India to be accredited with the newly introduced star labeling program by the Government of India, receiving a 5-star rating for its Michelin Latitude Sport 3 and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tyres.

The Mahindra Marazzo has become the first-ever made in India MPV or multi-purpose vehicle to get a 4 star crash safety rating from Global NCAP. The Marazzo has also become the second highest car by overall score amongst all 32 India made car models tested so far by Global NCAP since 2013.
