Volkswagen Passenger Cars India on Wednesday said it will increase prices of its entire product range by up to 2 per cent from October 1 in order to offset the impact of rising input costs.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director - Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, confirmed the development to carandbike, also revealing that 60 per cent of the demand has come for the 1.0-litre TSI version.

Speaking with carandbike, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India said, demand for the new Virtus is more or less centred around Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
