The Election Commission of India will formally launch the e-EPIC (Electronic Electoral Photo Identity Card) programme on January 25, the National Voter's Day.

A pilot project to link voter identity cards to Aadhar card has begun in Punjab and the Election Commission today released a software to facilitate the electors to link their cards, a senior official said.
