Wipro Ltd has sacked some 300 employees for 'moonlighting' as the IT services firm toughens its stand against staffers taking a second job after work hours.

India-born Shreya Ukil has filed charges of sexual discrimination and a claim over equal pay, the newspaper reported. 39-year-old Ms Ukil is also claiming harassment and unfair dismissal, according to the report.
