Woman Gangraped Twice

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped twice in two different districts of Chhattisgarh, police said on Friday.

She was killed twice over - once by those who had gangraped her and then burnt her and the second time by those who allowed this to happen, the UP government and the police.

Three persons were arrested for allegedly gangraping a 35-year-old widow near Delhi, police said. Titu, Rajesh and Akbar were taken into custody last night for raping the woman twice on Monday.
