Infiniti Retail, Tata Sons wholly earned subsidiary that operates the Croma and Croma Zip stores across the country, today said it is buying out the Indian subsidiary of Australian supermarket chain Woolworths for Australian dollar (AUD) 35 million (about Rs 200 crore). Woolworths is a backend supplier to Croma.
