1,200 tourists stranded in Himachal, survivors complain of govt apathy
Around 1,200 tourists still remain stranded in Himachal Pradesh after last week's floods ravaged parts of the state and neighbouring Uttarakhand. 1,200 people have been rescued from Himachal's Kinnaur district so far; 20 people have died due to floods across the state.
