10,000 Girls Perform At 'Kashur Riwaj', World's Largest Kashmiri Folk Dance Event
As part of the events leading up to Independence Day celebrations, school students in Baramulla participated in a cultural event showcasing the folk culture of Jammu and Kashmir.
Children from various schools in the district performed traditional folk dances and music. They expressed their joy at being part of an event that preserves the cultural heritage of the union territory.
The event also set a world record with 10,000 girls performing as the largest group in a Kashmiri folk dance.
