10-year-old Rizwan Shaikh lives in the slums of Kondwa in Pune. And he speaks French, English, Hindi and Marathi - all with ease and confidence. When just 5, he could answer questions meant for the civil services examinations. Impressed, a German company sponsored his education at the city's prestigious RIMS International school. But five years on, reeling under losses, his sponsors can no longer fund him.
