It has been exactly 100 days today since the government launched its ambitious healthcare scheme for the poor, Ayushman Bharat - the world's largest public welfare scheme. More than 50 core people stand to benefit from free healthcare and in the last 100 days, the government says, just under 7 lakh people have been treated for free at the designated hospitals. The scheme has the potential to be a game changer, but there are also concerns which healthcare professionals have flagged.
