12,000 People Pledge Support For Organ Donation At More To Give Walkathon
India is struggling with acute shortage of organs for transplantation due to lack of awareness. However in the past few years, the dialogue on organ donation is increasing and NDTV and Fortis have been committed to this cause. On November 25, more than 12,000 people from all walks of life across the nation joined the Walkathon to take a step towards organ donation, raise awareness about the cause and take the pledge to become an organ donor.
