14-crore bribe: Antony blames Army Chief for inaction

Defence minister AK Antony today confirmed the Army chief told him about a Rs 14 crore bribe offer a year ago, but blamed the General for inaction. Mr Antony says he told the Army chief to act, but General Singh said he did not want to pursue the case, and did not file a written complaint.
