Prime Minister Narendra Modi heads to the United Kingdom for a 3-day visit, with the whiff of the crushing Bihar defeat hanging heavy. He will be welcomed by British PM David Cameron and a 60,000-strong crowd comprising mostly of Indian expatriates, at UK's largest stadium, the Wembley. $15 billion-worth trade & investment deals are expected to be signed, and PM Modi will also lunch with the Queen. The Indian community in the UK is excited, even though sections of the British media are skeptical about PM Modi's lasting appeal among voters.
