16 years later, Uphaar fire tragedy victims still awaiting justice
On June 13, 1997, during the screening of Hindi film "Border", a fire engulfed the theatre, killing 59 people and injuring over 100 in the subsequent stampede. Today, 16 years later, with several legal battles still pending in courts, several victims feel they have been cheated.
