2009 salary hike at India Inc seen at 8.2%

A Hewitt's survey said that 2009 will bring lower salary hikes in India Inc but the hikes are going to be highest in the world. Salary hikes for India Inc are expected to decrease from 13.3 per cent seen last year to 8.2 per cent in 2009.
