The "exit poll of polls", an average of exit polls conducted by different agencies, shows that the BJP is set to register convincing wins in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and has a clear edge in Delhi, which means the two BJP chief ministers in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will be retained while the two Congress chief ministers in Rajasthan and Delhi will be thrown out. We discuss if these numbers indicate a national anti-incumbency mood, and whether they reflect the effect of Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi.
