21 Killed, Over 80 Wounded In Russian Missile Strike On Ukraine's Sumy

At least 21 people were killed and 83 others were wounded by a Russian ballistic missile strike in the heart of the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy on Sunday morning, Ukraine's interior minister Ihor Klymenko said. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy condemned the attack - one of the deadliest strikes on Ukraine this year - and called for a tough international reaction against Moscow.
