Heads turn when people see this young girl, with a cart harnessed to her bike, driving through busy Delhi streets. She is 21-year-old Tapsee Upadhyaya, a Meerut girl settled in Delhi. Tapsee is a third year B.Tech student in a Delhi institute. She has been running a pani-puri stall since November last year. Aptly, she has named her business B.Tech Pani Puri Waali.
