As the statistics of child starvation rise, NDTV takes a weighing machine to the streets of Delhi and Mumbai. Unsurprisingly, almost every child weighed is under-weight and malnourished. A whole generation of India's children are starving on the streets of its biggest cities. And they are all children of the urban poor.
