26/11 voice samples: Pak justifies delay

In an interview to NDTV, Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said he is ready to give India voice samples of 26/11 accused in Pakistan, but his hands are tied by the laws of the country. He says it requires the permission of a few particular people and a constitutional amendment will be required to carry it out.
