2G: CBI questions telecom honchos, Raja's aides
The CBI is trying to establish a money trail between the beneficiaries of the 2G scam. The CEO of Loop Telecom Sandeep Basu and Chairman of Sistema India Rajiv Malhotra were interrogated by the agency on February 23. Loop Telecom's shareholding pattern is under the scanner and Sistema is suspected to have had insider information on 2G license cut off dates being advanced.
