2G judgment: DSK Legal's views on Presidential Reference

The Supreme Court started the hearing into the Presidential Reference on its 2G judgment today. The court had last month taken up the Presidential Reference and issued notices to a slew of parties, including counsels of all the states and industry bodies to be able to hear all sides of the argument about distribution of natural resources. In a chat with NDTV Profit, Balbir Singh, Partner, DSK Legal, shares his views on the hearing. He said that one can expect a practical solution out of this hearing today.
