2G scam: CAG appears before PAC

The government's chief auditor comptroller and Auditor General appeared before the Parliamentary Public accounts committee to explain his report which claims that DoT's policies on 2G licences led to Rs 1.76 lakh crore loss for the exchequer. The CAG explained to PAC the different methods used to derive the loss figure.
