2G scam: Does the JPC report have any credibility?

A report by the Joint Parliamentary Committee studying the 2G spectrum scam has given a clean chit to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister P Chidambaram. While the Opposition has dismissed the report, the alleged mastermind of the scam, former Telecom Minister A Raja, continues to insist that he "did everything in consultation with the Prime Minister".
