2G scam: Govt clearance doesn't mean anything
Subramanian Swamy, President, Janta Party comments on CBI filing a new chargesheet against 5 individuals from Loop Telecom, Loop Mobile, Essar Teleholdings companies, despite Essar claiming that government has cleared their name. He says that "CBI is under the monitoring of the court and government clearance does not mean anything."
