2G scam: Patil report blames both NDA and UPA
NDTV has learnt that the report submitted by Jutice Shivraj Patil on allocation of 2G spectrum since 2001, has identified 50 officials questioning the decisions taken by them when allocating 2G spectrum. These officials served under telecom ministers in the regime of both the NDA and the UPA governments, Arun Shourie and A Raja.
