Eight people have been killed within a span of 24 hours in Assam as the flood situation continues to be grim. Since May, 46 lives have been lost in the state due to the floods. NDTV's Ratnadeep Choudhury travelled to Morigaon, one of the worst affected districts, to get us this report.
