A three-year-old boy was run over on Tuesday by the school van that dropped him at his home in Delhi's Civil Lines. Aviral, who went to a play school in Tis Hazari, 2 km from his home, got off the van around 2.30 pm. He came under the wheels when the vehicle was reversing, say the police.
