Super Typhoon Yagi had killed at least four people and injured 78 others in Vietnam, with 13 people still remaining missing as of 17:00 Saturday, according to the state television. Yagi, the 11th typhoon of the year, roared into the coastal city of Hai Phong in northern Vietnam on Saturday afternoon, with the maximum wind force scale reaching Level 13, or 37.0 to 41.4 meters per second.
