43% Madhya Pradesh Teens Can't Read Sentences In English, Finds Survey
The Annual Status of Education Report based on a survey claims that nearly a quarter of teens in the age group 14-18 years cannot read a 2nd grade-level text fluently in their regional languages.Last year the report stated that Madhya Pradesh is one of the worst hit states.
