5 Kg Foodgrains For Workers Is Too Little, Too Less: CPM's Sitaram Yechury
CPI(M) Secretary General Sitaram Yechury has spoken exclusively to NDTV's Sanket Upadhyay on the free distribution of 5 kg wheat and rice to workers for the next 2 months. He said that the 5 kg foodgrains for a family of 5 is not enough for an entire month. He further added that a one-time loan waiver is needed so that other challenges can be met during the lockdown.
