Five minor boys who allegedly slit a 17-year-old college student's throat on a bus on Thursday near Delhi's New Friends Colony have been taken into custody, the police said. The minors attacked the boy following an argument regarding his cellphone which he claimed was with the accused. The incident took place on a Badarpur-bound bus.
