"5 Years Ago, I Was Promised A Ticket": Rebel BJP Leader After Haryana Snub
A day after the ruling BJP announced its first list of 67 candidates for the October 5 Haryana assembly polls, the party faced rebellion with leaders showing resentment towards the higher command's decision. Rebel BJP leader from Haryana's Panchkula, Ranjeeta Mehta told NDTV that there's resentment among the supporters and five years ago when I joined the BJP I was promised that the party would consider giving me a ticket from Panchkula.
