75 Boats On Brahmaputra Tiranga Rally Near Border With Bangladesh
Even as Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav is being observed across the country, a unique boat rally took place on the Brahmaputra river in Assam's Dhubi district which shares borders with Bangladesh and has several riverine island in the borders. Seventy-five boats marking 75 years of independence took part in a 20 km rally from one bank of the river to another. The people from the remotest villages took part in the boat rally.
