90 Sexual Abuse Complaints At Chennai Arts Academy
The chairperson of Tamil Nadu state commission for women held a five- hour long inquiry at the renowned union government funded Kalakshetra Foundation in Chennai, amid protest by students alleging sexual harassment by a faculty member and three others. While student protests intensified after the national women's commission called it a disinformation campaign, around 90 students including male students have given complaints. The state women's body Chief told NDTV's Sam Daniel, there are also allegations of sexual abuse.
