A critical review of the 3G policy
Ever since Telecom Minister Andimuthu Raja decided to leave behind a legacy by announcing a fancy 3rd generation network policy or 3G, the question everyone asking is whether the policy is transparent enough. The telecom industry is seeking an answer to why the government is not willing to specify how many companies will eventually be allowed in every circle since that is the key to decide the right price to bid.
