With the country's healthcare system buckling under the weight of frightening surge, doctors and frontline workers are overburdened as they try to save lives. Doctors who are used to performing under intense pressure but as the rate of coronavirus infections outstrips the capacity of the health system, they are confronting situations for which nothing in their training prepared them - the breaking point being their hospitals are running out of oxygen.
