In today's episode of 'India Global', in a significant diplomatic milestone, Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness is on an official visit to India from September 30-October 3. This is his first visit to India, and also the first ever bilateral visit of a Prime Minister of Jamaica to India. In another development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has spoken to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and called for avoiding 'regional escalation' of the West Asian conflict. During the phone call that came days after Israel killed Hezbollah chief Hasan Nasrallah in Beirut, PM Modi extended support for Israel's fight against terrorism.
