'A Person Can be Transformed at any Age'
The youngest convict of Delhi gang-rape has completed his three-year term at the rehabilitation centre and will be released in December. Centre chief Premoday Khakha feels, "we can't punish all minors harshly for a heinous crime committed by a few."
