A Relay Protest By Women In South Delhi Against Citizenship Law

This is the story of a unique protest against the Citizenship law by women in the southern-most colony in South Delhi's Okhla area. More than 2,000 women have been taking turns to sit on the road in the biting cold at the protest site. Some of the women stay back overnight to ensure police do not clear the area. Hundreds of women began a sit-in protest on December 15. People from nearby areas also visit the protest site from time to time.
