Baba Ramdev's story was full of high drama as spiritual and political leaders landed upon Dehradun's Himalayan hospital to urge him to give up his fast against corruption, and the story of another Swami Nigamananda was tragic, as he died a few beds away. The latter was fasting for over three months to save the Ganga. No politician supported him or came to his bedside as he lay dying, until now.
