Delhi is gearing up for civic polls - its a three cornered fight between the BJP, AAP and Congress. This will be the first civic polls after the different zones were merged into one and the delimitation exercise was completed. In the run up to the keenly fought contest Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has urged people to "vote for those who run Delhi" as he listed 10 guarantees - from clearing three landfill sites to ending corruption in civic body - for the municipal polls in the national capital. Kejriwal, who is national convenor of Aam Aadmi Party, also said that the BJP will not get more than 20 seats in the elections.
