AAP Is Now National Party; Trinamool, Sharad Pawar's Party Lose Status
The Election Commission has given the national status to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The Arvind Kejriwal-led party has described it as nothing less than a miracle to get the national status in such a short time. The EC has also revoked the national status of Sharad Pawar's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress.
