Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is at war again, and again it is the Prime Minister who is his target, this time over a bill that was rejected by the President which would have allowed 21 of his MLAs to continue to hold posts that they were not allowed to. 21 AAP MLAs were appointed by Mr Kejriwal as Parliamentary Secretaries last year, a post that normally has a good salary and many perks, but was not allowed in Delhi because it falls under the office of profit rules, that means an MLA cannot hold a post from where they draw another salary, unless that is exempt by law - that's what Mr Kejriwal wanted to do, but that's what the President has rejected. Now the Delhi Chief Minister is blaming the Modi government for this, citing other states who do the same. But is this cry of conspiracy justified? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
