In what is termed as a historic verdict in the AAP vs Lieutenant Governor power tussle case, the Supreme Court today said that the real power must lie with an elected government in a democracy and that the Lt Governor is bound by the advice of the Cabinet and has not been entrusted with independent decision making power. The top court's order set off massive celebrations at the AAP office with chief minister Arvind Kejriwal claiming victory for democracy. The BJP, however, responded by saying that there is nothing for AAP to celebrate and the court has merely reiterated the constitutional provisions. Tonight, on Reality Check, we question who really won the battle?
