Aarushi case: CBI opposes Raj Kumar's bail
The CBI has opposed the bail for Raj Kumar, one of the key suspects in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case. It has argued that, being a citizen of Nepal, Raj Kumar can flee the country. It also pointed out that scientific evidence point to his involvement in the crime. A court in Ghaziabad on the outskirts of Delhi will decide Raj Kumar's bail later on Friday.
