Actor Manoj Bajpayee On His Latest Film About Child Sexual Abuse
Talking about his experience of working on the recent courtroom-drama film, 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai', actor Manoj Bajpayee said that he was shocked to come across the number of child abuse cases in the country, while he was studying for the role. The film highlights the issue of child sexual abuse and the POCSO Act. Mr Bajpayee has been associated with several NGOs working on the cause of child sexual abuse, and it helped him in incorporating that knowledge for his role. The actor said that cinema is a powerful medium to carry messages to community and he is grateful to have received an opportunity to do the same through this film.
