Actor Sonu Sood Honoured As India's True Legend And Humanitarian Of The Year
Sonu Sood, an actor famous for his many Bollywood roles, is also working tirelessly in various fields through his foundation, the Sood Charity Foundation. At the NDTV - 100 Pipers True Legend, Future Of Young India, Mr Sood, gets honoured as India's True Legend and Humanitarian of the Year. Mr Sood has helped migrants reach their homes during the lockdown imposed in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, he arranged medicines for patients in need during time of crisis. His new venture, a scholarship program named after his mother, the Prof Saroj Sood Scholarship, helps provide free education to those who need it. With another new venture, Sambhavam, he aids IAS aspirants to achieve their dreams.
